Our Approach
Every job starts with a free site survey. We visit the site, assess the access requirements and design the scaffold before providing a written quotation. We do not quote blind from a description — we need to see the site to give you an accurate price and design the right scaffold for the job.
Once the job is booked, we agree a start date and confirm the programme. Our CISRS-qualified scaffolders erect the scaffold to the agreed design and provide a scaffold handover certificate on completion. We carry out regular inspections throughout the hire period and are available to adapt the scaffold if the scope of works changes. At the end of the hire, we dismantle and remove the scaffold, leaving the site clean and tidy.
We are a direct-contact business. When you call us, you speak to the people who will be doing the work — not a call centre or an account manager. We believe that direct communication is the foundation of a good working relationship, and we work hard to be responsive, reliable and easy to deal with.
